I (quite clearly, I hope!) adore culinary travel but, within the UK at least, to my mind too much of it seems to revolve around fine dining – the latest Michelin-starred or Michelin-aspiring restaurants etc. Tonight, Tuesday September 23rd, I’m delighting to be returning to speak to the delightful audience at the CSMA in conjunction with Boundless (helping public sector workers get the most from their leisure time): on the tasty topic of discovering the UK through some of its most iconic foods. No, we’re not necessarily talking about haute cuisine. We’re talking about time-honoured UK foodie destinations that have a deep, rich culture built up around a particular food they produce. I’m aiming to get your tastebuds tingling and whet your appetite for the best, most authentic and most experiential UK food experiences! I look forward to speaking to many of you later today!
