I always relish profiling a place from a fresh perspective, particularly on the countries of the world that I specialise in such as Finland! 

So let’s throw some light and some love on this quirky and little-understood Scandinavian nation: a place for sweating in photogenically-located saunas, delving into the legends that inspired Middle Earth and adventuring around one of Europe’s biggest Arctic regions, amidst the world’s biggest archipelago or across the vast and varied expanse of forest, fells and lakes.
